This dark chocolate features some of the building blocks of the Nordic forest landscape: birch and spruce. Hand-picked birch leaves, birch sugar crystals and powdered spruce sprouts, which have been collected near the Arctic circle adorn the top of this bar. You can almost feel the summer midnight sun and crisp Nordic air with every bite.
