We designed this tasty zero-proof Negroni riff for Negroni Week a few years ago. A refreshing blend of coffee and bittersweet spiced herbal citrus with a few dashes of oldschool acid phosphate for balancing acidity. Yumbers!
This also makes for a nice mixer if you want to splash a little brown spirit in there. Perhaps bourbon, rum, Canadian whisky, or even a nice smokey scotch.
