A beautifully balanced, full-flavoured gin featuring crisp juniper, light citrus, and delicate florals with a smidge of sweet liquorice, followed by a lengthy, dry finish.

The first release from farm-to-glass Boatyard Distillery in Lough Erne, Northern Ireland, is an organically produced wheat spirit infused with sweet gale, grains of paradise, angelica, orris, lemon peel, liquorice root, coriander and, of course, juniper.
