This delicious sparkling natural cider involves the maceration of apples in their juice for 30 days, to which are added the lees of Frontenac Gris from a Pinard et Filles vintage. At the end of the fermentation process, an amphora ageing process softens the acidity, the result of which is still very thirst-quenching.
