Fieldbird's 2020 Fledgling is a five apple blend with McIntosh, Jersey Mac, Empire, Spartan and Sillness from their orchard. Each cider is barrel-fermented separately and blended for bottle conditioning.

Dry with big, soft bubbles and layers of apple flavours followed by a medium-long, slightly earthy finish. Dee-lish.
