This class is for home bartenders and others who already know basic cocktail techniques and want to learn more about mixing balanced cocktails using bittersweet ingredients. 

THE CLASS:
Let's dive into the world of amari/aperitivi! You will learn how to mix balanced bitter cocktails like a pro (including how to make thoughtful ingredient substitutions when riffing on your favourite classics such as the Negroni). 

INCLUDES:
· 1.5–2 hours of class time
· An amari tasting flight (featuring a thoughtful selection of common and hard-to-find products; not necessarily the ones depicted here) + 2 cocktails that we mix together
· Light snacks
