PLEASE NOTE:
This class for home bartenders who already know how to measure, shake, stir cocktails and want to learn more about how to appreciate and work with bittersweet liqueurs, such as Campari and the like. 

THE CLASS:
Let's dive into the world of amari/aperitivi and other bittersweet liqueurs! You will learn how to mix balanced bitter cocktails like a pro (including how to make thoughtful ingredient substitutions when riffing on your favourite classics such as the Negroni). 

INCLUDES:
· 1.5–2 hours of class time
· An amari tasting flight (featuring a thoughtful selection of common and hard-to-find products; not necessarily the ones depicted here) + 2 cocktails that we mix together
· Light snacks
