Aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, this is a medium-bodied, fruity whisky with a good dose of spice. A decent "after work" dram, for when you want to unwind and ponder nothing before dinner. Pour and let it sit for 10 minutes or so while you prep for dinner, or build yourself an old fashioned and order delivery.
