THE CLASS:
This class is designed for home bartenders who already have a pretty good grasp of the fundamentals of mixing cocktails.  This means you can measure, shake, and stir just fine – you can mix a decent Old Fashioned and maybe even a tasty Whisky Sour – and now you want to take the next step in your creative cocktail journey! 

Guided by some of the most iconic classic cocktails, we explore the nuanced connections between flavour, texture, and aromatics; how to thoughtfully combine ingredients in order to achieve desired deliciousness; and ultimately how to create consistently balanced cocktails of your very own! 

INCLUDES:
· 1.5–2 hours of class time
· 2 cocktails + a tasting flight of cocktail modifiers
· Light snacks
