THE CLASS:
Cocktail Basics, Level 2 focuses on the finer points of balance and ratios. It is designed for home bartenders who already have a pretty good grasp of the fundamentals of mixing cocktails.  This means you can measure, shake, and stir just fine– you can mix a decent Old Fashioned and maybe even a tasty Whisky Sour as well– and now you want to take the next step in your creative cocktail journey! 

In this class, guided by some of the most iconic classic cocktails, you will explore the nuances flavour, texture, and aromatics; how to thoughtfully combine ingredients in order to achieve desired deliciousness; and ultimately how to create consistently balanced cocktails of your very own!
