On the palate: a delightful sweetness and subtle spice with flavours of candied fruits, vanilla toffee, and honey, followed by a malty, oaky finish.

This solid NAS whisky is unchill-filtered, contains no colouring, aged in ex-bourbon barrels, and finished in brand new oak casks. The Deanston Distillery are very clear about their process and what's in the bottle, which we appreciate. They're also certified by the Organic Food Association and power their distillery using hydro energy. Pretty cool.
