Rigorous fermentation, drying and grading processes produce the most consistent and beautiful cacao with a distinctive aroma. Fossa's 80% bar highlights the sweet chestnut and floral notes of these Ecuadorian Nacional hybrid varietal beans. Academy of Chocolate 2020 Silver winner.
