This delightfully crunchy organic, biodynamic syrah was made by one of Australia's first and most ardent natural winemakers, in Basket Range, on Peramangk Land, from grapes grown in heavy red clay soil with an ocean influence. Their wines change every year and never contain additives- just grapes. The grapes for this wine went through carbonic fermented for 4 days in fibreglass, then pressed and aged in old oak barriques. The result is a soft, luscious purple white pepper table wine. Simple and rustic, honest and pure. Drink to impress yourself.
