Fermented from 75% wheat and 25% rye grown on L'Isle-Aux-Coudres and then twice distilled. Local botanicals are then added during the third distillation, resulting in a dynamic tribute to the Charlevoix region. Woody, citrusy, and salty with a peppery, floral finish. Beautiful on it's own or as the base of a martini mixed with a crispy-clean dry vermouth. Delicious!
