A fresh, herbaceous mezcal with a chewy texture and dry finish.

A distilled from a blend of seven agaves, and aged in glass, this mezcal was produced by Rodolfo, a mezcalero and the a primary school teacher in a small Zapotec village outside San Juan del Rio. Each bottle is numbered, printed, and beeswax-dipped by hand. This is a quality small-batch spirit brought to us by good people. What more can we ask for?
