Tasting notes: champagne, raspberries
For those who love bubbly, chocolate and berries, Ritual's Après bar is the perfect treat for après-ski, or any celebratory occasion. This bar is made by soaking cacao nibs in sparkling white wine in a wine barrel, then grinding the nibs into chocolate and topping it off with dried raspberries. The chocolate's creamy and bubbly notes are beautifully complemented by the tartness of the raspberries.
