From Distillerie Du Quai, this bright, luxurious aperitif is made from tens of kilos of patiently hand-peeled organic orange and grapefruit peels, combined with twenty local herbs, such as raspberry leaves, vinegar sumac, dune pepper, balsam myrtle and spruce shoots, as well as classic ingredients such as rhubarb root, angelica, gentian and wormwood. Spritz it up - of yeah - or use instead of Campari in your next Negroni.
