Kurokame is an authentic Honkaku shochu made from Koganesengan sweet potato, the most popular imo (sweet potato) shochu varietal. Black kōji is used in the fermentation process, in large porcelain pots, which delivers the rich flavours and aromatics of the sweet potato. Enjoy at room temperature, warm, or chilled.
