Join us for our first-ever zero-proof (non-alcoholic) cocktail class!

We’ve proudly served non-alcoholic cocktails since day one, for over a decade now, and it’s been a pleasure seeing non-alcoholic culture thrive over the years. In fact, one of Grey Tiger’s founding partners rarely drinks alcohol (beyond the occasional educational sip), making this class especially meaningful for our team.

We’re excited to offer an opportunity to learn how to create balanced, sophisticated zero-proof cocktails that deliver the complexity and culinary experience of traditional cocktails. Along the way, you’ll taste a variety of zero-proof products and develop the confidence to become a more creative and discerning zero-proof drinker.

As always, we strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment focused on personal empowerment, community, and fun.

THE CLASS:

Together, we’ll taste a selection of commercial and house-made non-alcoholic products that we use behind the bar to create satisfying cocktails inspired by their alcoholic counterparts. We’ll also demonstrate how to make and incorporate your own zero-proof ingredients at home, giving you the tools to craft creative, balanced non-alcoholic drinks with confidence. You will then make your own cocktails, using the ingredients we taste, and you will receive a small bottle of one of our non-alcoholic ingredients to use as a guide for making your own at home.
